About the School

School of Business and Economics offers courses in the areas of Business, Management and Economics. The School offers training in theory, quantitative methods and reseach in the three fields for purposes of achieving optimal wellbeing, either at the individual, firm or country level in the context of resource-constrained environment. The research work of the faculty staff augments the training through building case studies generated from policy-oriented research.The School produce graduates with competences, that address and offer solutions to challenges in economic and business fields, by offering a learning environment that combines theory and practice. Many of today's complex problems require insights from the three disciplines and there is broad labour market for graduates from the School with a wide variety of tasks both in private industry and the public sector.
